Neilson’s Angel Series and the stories behind the paintings.  Sprinkled throughout the book are devotions, inspirational stories about the many charities she has supported,  and quotes from art dealers and collectors.  The book will also include Neilson’s landscapes, still life and figure paintings. About the Book

In 2003, Anne Neilson painted her first angel.  Upon realizing that she had “found her voice”, Anne began the Angel series, which reflected her deep and abiding faith and grew in success almost overnight.  Galleries across the country sell Neilson’s artwork to collectors in the U.S. and abroad.  Her glorious use of color, texture and layering of paint onto the canvas gives the viewer a profound sense of engagement and awe into the world of Angels in our Midst. 

Anne’s desire to volunteer and serve her community intersected with her love of painting.  Through faithfulness and obedience in prayer, she was led to paint and give back. The success of her paintings has allowed Anne to collaborate with a diverse group of charities in fundraising efforts.

Angels in Our Midst follows the artist’s journey through her Angel series, sharing inspirational and personal stories behind each painting. This beautiful compilation includes images from her Angel series as well as a selection of the artist’s stunning landscapes, figures and still-lifes.

A portion of the proceeds from this book will go to the charities highlighted throughout the book.
