Carolina Art Soiree: May 5, 2011

On May 5, 5:30-9:30pm, 30+ regional artists will exhibit art to benefit the GBS/CIDP Foundation International.  Last year's event was a huge success -- a fantastic party and over $24,000 worth of art sold to support GBS/CIDP research, education and advocacy.   This year --  more artists, food, drink and fun!  I am pleased to be participating again this year.

Red Dot Art Fair New York: March 3-6, 2011

Charlotte artists Robert Langford and Anne Neilson have teamed up to exhibit at the exclusive Red Dot Art Fair in New York March 3-6.  A percentage of sales at Red Dot will benefit the Lift Up Foundation and the Allegro Foundation.

Works of Heart: Oct 22, 2010

Artists Anne Neilson and Heidi Kirschner hosted "Works of Heart" at B.D. Jeffries in Charlotte on October 22, 2010.  The artists were able to donate $10,000, 40% of show proceeds to Levine Cardiac Kids, a group that supports children with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) and their families .
The event was sponsored by Charlotte Living Magazine, Tizzerts, Braswells Pub, The Liberty, The Cowfish, The Blossom Shop, and Lowe's Food.

Coming Home: ArtWorks945 Solo Exhibition: June 3, 2010

"Coming Home", a solo exhibition of original oil paintings by a marginal artist from Urban Ministry Center's Artworks945 program. The talented artist, who has chosen to remain anonymous, is working to establish permanent housing.  Artist Anne Neilson, Art Charlotte and ArtWorks945 partnered to host this special show.

Angels In Our Midst: Oct 14-17, 2009

Please join us in Charlotte for a special exhibition of new works to benefit Allegro Foundation... A Champion for Children with Disabilities October 14-17 at 1528 Elizabeth Avenue.

We will host a lovely reception with music, wine and fine food from Carpe Diem, Customshop, Nothing but Noodles and Killingtons Restaurant & Pub on Wednesday, October 14, 5:30-9:00pm.  The gallery will be open to the public from 10-4 on October 15-17.
